Terms of Purchase

  1. You must purchase your chosen package (paying the 50%) and then the remaining 50% will be auotmatically charged to your card 7 days later.
  2. This offer is only valid if you have back to us within 48 hours your questions which tells us which design you choose and required logins etc. You would have been sent these via email. If you don’t have them please check your junk mail. You can email us if you still can’t find them at support@bigfishchicks.com
  3. If you choose to upgrade to the customized banner or fully customized design then the 7 day turnaround does not apply. The average turn around will be more like 14-30 days.
  4. Once the site is paid for in full we’ll send you the final email which have have the log in to all the items we set up for you and it will also include the link and log in to your web hosting package.
  5. If before day 30 you decide that the site is not for you we will offer you a full refund and we will take down the site from the internet or give that space to another client.
  6. Special Offers only apply if your site is hosted with us.
  7. If for any reason you decide to put your project on hold then your 50% deposit will be held for 90 days, after which time your site will be removed and we’ll assume the project is no longer happening.
  8. Late payments or declined late payments will incur a 25% per annum interest amount OR after 30 days of lateness your website could be removed and deleted completely.
  9. Free domain name is for as long as you are paying hosting, or your site is looked after by Big Fish.
  10. Note: Your bank may charge you a foreign currency fee.
  11. For adhoc / hourly work there is a minimum charge of $100. If you get regular adhoc work you can request a maintenance plan.
  12. The content that is within your site is yours. You own it. It can be exported at any time and be kept by you.
